Schwinn performance AC plus bikes with carbon blue belt drive delivers the most realistic ride feel to being outdoors and on the road. All our bikes are equipped with double-link pedals that allow our uses flexibility to have either cycling shoes or normal trainers. The bikes are magnetically broken to give you a smooth ride the entire class and large spectrum of resistance.

Spin House has partnered with Spivi an intelligent high performance display system for indoor cycling. Spivi integrates information collected from each bike and heart rate monitors to deliver a live in-class display of each member.

We have added Mpower Eschelon2 power meters to all our bikes this allows you to monitor your training, we believe we monitor comes motivation and allowing all our members to receive feedback on their rides, develop better coach to member relationship and ultimately enhance the Spin House experience. All our instructors are taught by Scwinn how to best utilize and integrate all these performance data into a class to deliver a high energy workout that is individualized to suit your level of fitness, training experience and goals. 

Heart rate monitors: Spin House suggests to use Wahoo TICKr heart rate monitors, which are the most advanced on the market. However, any heart rate monitor equipped with Bluetooth 4.0 and ANT+ dual-band-technology will allow you to receive information directly to your smartphone, smart watch and our leader board metric system. We can specifically monitor heart rate, calories/kilojoules burned and heart rate zones. Spin House allows you to connect to popular fitness apps such as strava and training peaks to get the most out your training via USB data collection or heart rate tracking technology.

This allows you to see how you compare to yourself between classes and see your improvements. 

We can specifically target certain performance characteristics based on the theme of the class. Spivi can display heart-rate, power, cadence, speed, distance, calories burned and we can then display this as a leaderboard. Spivi takes into account your own personal profile and develops the leaderboard based on your fitness, age, weight and performance history.
